CDS Supervisor

Lead a busy bottle recycling facility in Penrith as Warehouse Supervisor. This hands on, permanent full-time role reports to the Return & Earn Area Manager and is responsible for supervising the overall day to day operations at the site, including supervising a small team of warehouse assistants/production hands. You will assign, plan and delegate workflow activities, ensure a safe environment with WHS procedures, monitor bulk bin collections and truck movements, coordinate repairs and maintenance of equipment, manage disposal of rejected containers, demonstrate strong team leadership, rosters and budgeting with a Continuous Improvement mindset, and be available to work weekends. Key skills include leadership, facility operations, safety compliance, coordination of logistics, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems, with a current driver licence and forklift licence desirable.
