Job Summary
Achieve assigned quantitative and qualitative sales goals and company imperatives by expanding and strengthening customer relationships with retail partners within the assigned region. Conduct coaching, motivation, and counseling with the Sales team while building and managing outstanding relationships with Vendors, Brokers, and Buyers. Collaborate with the Director of Sales to create and execute the annual strategic business plan, providing valuable insights about consumer profiles and trends. Create new demo platforms, identify cross-selling opportunities, and utilize sales tools to keep clients informed of the business climate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent experience
- 5+ Years of experience in related sales experience with strong customer focus
- 2 Years of experience managing people
- Ability to make Oral Presentations
- Ability to Gather Data, Compile Information, & Prepare Reports
- Intermediate Knowledge of PC Software Applications & Strong Understanding of PC Operating Systems
- Supervising Skills, to include Delegating Responsibility, Training, & Evaluating Performance
- Ability to Visualize & Plan Objectives & Goals Strategically
- Team Building Skills
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Travel up to 10 %
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business, Finance or related field preferred
- Bilingual English and French (Preferred)
