Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling intake, payroll, and problem-solving. Promote and explain CDS programs to clients, families, and county personnel while ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. Input budgets, process payroll and reimbursements, track spending, and assist with onboarding new employees and processing employment documentation. Collaborate with counties, DHS, and other providers to develop best practices and stay current on legislative and regulatory changes affecting CDS programs. This role supports MRCI's mission in Mankato or Burnsville, MN, offering full-time benefits including health insurance, a 403(b) match, and company-paid mental health support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree
- 3 years of related human services experience
- High school diploma
- 6 years of related human services experience
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and independent decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout Minnesota
- Must pass a MN Department of Human Services background check
