CDS Full Time Event Manager CAN - Product Demonstration

Job Summary
Recruit, train, and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators while overseeing product preparation, presentation, and food safety standards. Coordinate between warehouse managers, vendors, and staff to ensure seamless execution during grand openings and daily demonstrations. Enforce operational policies, evaluate performance metrics, and coach employees to maintain high service levels and sales targets. Requires a high school diploma, 2–4 years of retail or hospitality experience, and a professional food safety certification. Full-time role with Tuesday–Saturday hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM), medical/dental/vision coverage, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- 2-4 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
- Detail oriented
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead well performing teams
- Ability to exercise independent judgement
- Ability to coach and counsel employees
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to Work Independently & Prioritize with minimal supervision

- Professional Food Safety Certification
- Well Organized, Detail Oriented, & able to Handle Fast Paced Work Environment

- Ability to Ensure High Levels of Service & Quality are Maintained

- Ability to work flexible hours and schedule, including weekends
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 10 kg
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration
- Ability to work in extremely cold conditions
- Use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking
