Job Summary
Lead daily scheduling of demo events across assigned Costco departments and drive sales by partnering with key buying contacts to develop and monitor client marketing strategies. Manage communication, process, and policies with Costco and vendor partners while overseeing program execution, performance, and objectives. Generate reports, coordinate cross-functional tasks, and provide relevant recaps for each event. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to cultivate and grow customer relationships and ensure compliance with business standards. Requires fluency in French and English, a Bachelor's degree, and five years of sales experience with strong project management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
- Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Communication or related field required
- Must have five (5) years of experience in sales developing new business while executing the logistics of events
- Ability and disciplined in handling confidential information with a sense of urgency
- Very strong leadership, relationship building, customer focus and project management skills
- Highly proficient user of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task across multiple projects and customers
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the capability to present to the top executive levels of any organization
- Ability to make Oral Presentations
- Ability to Gather Data, Compile Information, & Prepare Reports
- Intermediate Computer Skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, & web browsers
- Ability to Visualize & Plan Objectives & Goals Strategically
- Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent experience
- 5+ Years of experience in related sales experience with strong customer focus
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge of marketing skills is an asset
- Bilingual English and French (Preferred)
