Job Summary
Champion health and safety on projects by coordinating technical expertise to implement CDM Principal Designer and Client Advisor services. Represent the practice externally to develop business opportunities in design for health and safety while integrating design safety across projects. Manage project leadership, report writing, and time management to ensure efficient delivery of CDM Regulations 2015 requirements. Requires architect or designer background with experience in all RIBA workstages. Required Qualifications
- Technical competency with good understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015
- Experience in a CDM/ H&S oriented role
- Experience of working in all RIBA workstages
