Job Summary
Utility Drivers service customers by removing trash/recycling and hauling to disposal sites, operate various trucks, cover routes in assigned areas, and perform duties such as entering/exiting the cab ~300-500 times per day, picking up missed stops, conducting pre-trip/post-trip inspections, and maintaining route logs. The role requires strong driving and maneuvering skills, ability to read maps, good written and verbal communication with customers, and the fitness to work outside in variable conditions. The position emphasizes safe, compliant waste collection, customer service, and ability to travel between offices as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years CDL truck driving experience
- Must have at least a valid Class B CDL
- Must have a valid DOT Medical Card
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must be able to read and speak the English language
