Job Summary
Safely operates a heavy-duty truck on swing routes, adhering to OSHA/DOT and company requirements; conducts pre- and post-trip DVIR inspections, reports issues to Route Manager/Dispatch, participates in training, collaborates with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies, completes documentation and customer tickets, and ensures containers are positioned and left clean without obstructing driveways or traffic; role emphasizes safety, route coordination, and customer service while maintaining vehicle readiness and accurate records.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or equivalent military driving experience within the last 7 years
- Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- (CDL)-Class B Commercial Drivers License B (CDL) Upon Hire
