Job Summary
Operates a heavy-duty CDL Class B vehicle on swing routes, delivering and collecting containers in residential, commercial, and construction settings. Performs pre- and post-trip inspections, complies with OSHA/DOT requirements, and reports issues to the Route Manager or Dispatch. Participates in training, supports route efficiencies with the Route Manager, communicates customer requests, and ensures customer sites are clean and free of debris. Completes required documentation and adheres to safety protocols while on routes.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or equivalent military driving experience within the last 7 years
- CDL Class B
- Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and physical
