Job Summary
Safely operates a heavy-duty truck on swing routes and across diverse environments (Residential, Commercial, Construction) in compliance with OSHA/DOT and company requirements. Performs pre- and post-trip inspections, documents issues via DVIR, reports unsafe conditions to Route Manager/Dispatch, participates in trainings, collaborates to improve route efficiency, completes route duties as assigned, notifies management of incidents or issues, communicates customer requests to Dispatch, and ensures containers are dumped and the customer site is left clean with proper placement of containers. Required Qualifications
- 2 years operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or equivalent military driving experience within the last 7 years
- Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and physical
- (CDL)-Class B
