Job Summary
Operates a heavy-duty truck on swing routes in residential, commercial, and construction settings; performs pre- and post-trip inspections per DVIR; complies with OSHA/DOT and company standards; communicates with Route Manager and Dispatch to improve route efficiency; completes customer tickets and removes excess yardage; ensures containers are positioned upright and not obstructing driveways or traffic; adheres to route assignments and completes end-of-day documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or equivalent military driving experience within the last 7 years
- Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- CDL-Class B Commercial Drivers License B (CDL) Upon Hire
