CDL Truck Driver - Residential Rearload

Job Summary
Operate heavy-duty trucks with front, side, or rear-end load lift attachments to transport waste, recyclable material, and large mobile containers to disposal, transfer, or recycle facilities. Navigate high-traffic roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots while performing highly skilled backing maneuvers in residential, industrial, and congested environments. Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections, document checks, and complete end-of-day documentation. Communicate customer requests and service interruptions to Operations Manager or Dispatch, notify them of incidents or safety hazards, and ensure customer locations are left clean. Follow route assignments, attend scheduled training, and assist other drivers as directed to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year operating a vehicle requiring a CDL
- 1 year equivalent military driving within the last 7 years
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located
- Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports
- Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and physical
- Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A with an air-brake endorsement
- Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class B with an air-brake endorsement
