Job Summary
CDL Truck Driver for WM (Waste Management) – Residential Rearload/Heavy-Duty Truck Operations. Drives heavy-duty trucks with front, side, or rear-end load lift attachments, transporting waste/recyclables to disposal/transfer/recycle facilities. Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation per safety rules (OSHA/DOT), completing pre/post-trip inspections, reporting incidents, following route assignments, backing maneuvers, and maintaining clean worksites. Requires CDL-A or CDL-B with air-brake endorsement, 18+ years old, English proficiency, pre-employment drug screen/physical, and safety-sensitive role. Required Qualifications
- 1 year operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or 1 year equivalent military driving within the last 7 years
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible
- Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public
- Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and physical
- CDL Class A with air-brake endorsement or CDL Class B with air-brake endorsement
