Job Summary
Operate heavy-duty trucks (front/side/rear-load as applicable) for Waste Management, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, adhering to safety and DOT requirements, and delivering containers to disposal/transfer/recycle facilities. Responsibilities include backing maneuvers, navigating high-traffic areas, servicing residential or roll-off routes, communicating with Dispatch/Route Manager, and completing end-of-day documentation. Requires CDL with air-brake endorsement; no experience required. Must be 18+, eligible to work, and able to pass pre-employment screening. Location: Berlin, WI. Home daily with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and education assistance. Training and on-site support provided.
