Job Summary
CDL Truck Driver needed with no prior experience for full-time daytime routes. Operate heavy-duty trucks to pick up waste or recyclables, including front/side/rear-load variants. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, report safety issues, and coordinate with Route Manager/Dispatch to optimize routes. Requires CDL with air-brake endorsement (A or B), ability to read/write/speak English, and eligibility to work 18+. Expect home daily with a 5am start, Monday–Friday, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match, PTO, medical/dental/vision, and education assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A with an air-brake endorsement OR CDL Class B with an air-brake endorsement
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work
