Job Summary
Drive Gooseneck, Flatbed, buses, and water trucks while performing routine maintenance, lubricating, fueling, and cleaning equipment. Independently detect machine malfunctions and lift 50+ pound equipment for solar field construction. Read safety rules, operating manuals, and load charts; provide timely documentation of field decisions and reporting. Work outdoors in all weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, and cold, while following prescribed safety regulations. Stand or walk for extended periods and conduct repetitive actions as needed.
Required Qualifications
- GED or equivalent education
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Equipment certifications as required
- Current driver's license of proper class and necessary endorsements as required by law
- Must have an active CDL Class A or B with passenger endorsement
- Must be able to lift 50+ pound equipment
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Must be able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to work outdoors in various, often extreme weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, cold, etc
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on construction projects preferred
