Job Summary
Drive gooseneck, flatbed, buses, and water trucks independently while performing routine maintenance including lubricating, fueling, and cleaning. Operate equipment capable of lifting 50+ pounds and follow prescribed safety regulations in extreme weather conditions. Read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and load charts while providing timely documentation of field decisions and reporting. Work outdoors in various conditions including rain, snow, heat, and cold, adhering to precise instructions and teamwork standards.
Required Qualifications
- GED or equivalent education
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Equipment certifications as required
- Current driver's license of proper class and necessary endorsements as required by law
- Must have an active CDL Class A or B with passenger endorsement
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions, as safety permits
- Must be able to lift 50+ pound equipment, maneuvering them into their proper places
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working on construction projects preferred
