Job Summary
Safely operates a heavy-duty truck on designated routes following OSHA/DOT and company requirements. Performs pre/post-trip inspections, notes issues on DVIR, reports unsafe situations, participates in trainings, coordinates with Route Managers to improve route efficiencies, notifies managers about incidents or issues, interacts with customers and Dispatch, completes documentation, positions containers and ensures clean work areas, and adheres to route assignments and end-of-day reporting. Preferred qualifications include High School Diploma or GED and a CDL-Class B. - 1 year operating a vehicle requiring a CDL or
- 1 year equivalent military driving within the last 7 years and
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located and
- Able to read, write, and speak English well enough to interact with the public, understand traffic signs, respond to official questions, and complete records or reports and
- Successfully complete pre-employment screening, including drug screen and physical
- (CDL)-Class B
