Job Summary
Transport fuels using Tankwagon trucks while verifying directions with plant personnel and adhering to DOT, OSHA, and federal safety regulations. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on tires, brakes, and fluids; conduct minor roadside repairs and report vehicle defects. Maintain radio contact with dispatch to receive delivery instructions and prepare trucks with Diesel and DEF for the next day's route. Collaborate with field contacts to ensure equipment is properly greased and located at jobsites. Operate during day shifts starting 4–6am or night shifts starting 3–7pm with over-time pay available.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL
- One year of commercial driving experience
- One Year of fuel or crude oil hauling experience
- X Endorsement
- Must possess effective written and oral communication skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving techniques and skills
- Physically able to climb up and down construction equipment in a safe manner while always maintaining a 3-point contact
- Requires walking, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and climbing to a significant degree
