CDL Route Delivery Driver (Lafayette)

Job Summary
Deliver product and collect payment while maintaining a best-in-class customer service level and developing strong relationships in the assigned market. Complete proper paperwork for each account, reconcile at end of day, and conduct daily pre-trip inspections of the vehicle. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, and maintain solid interdepartmental relationships through effective communication. Build the business at every opportunity and support the company vision. Reports to work regularly; extended hours may be required as service needs dictate. Requires a Class A CDL, valid medical certificate, high school diploma, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs or push/pull up to 340 lbs. Candidates must pass pre-employment background checks, motor vehicle record review, and drug/alcohol screening.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Must have ability to maintain clear driving record
- Class A CDL
- Ability to maintain a valid medical certificate in accordance with MCSR regs. 49 CFR 391.41 - 391.49
- Highly professional

- Ability to spot errors when reviewing load sheets and completing paperwork
