CDL Roll Off Driver

Job Summary
Operate a roll-off truck in a safe and compliant manner to deliver, remove, and haul containers to and from customer sites on assigned routes or work orders. Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, complete DVIR logs, and visually inspect containers to ensure proper load securement. Maintain truck cleanliness, clean compactor areas as needed, and climb to hook or unhook containers while moving items to smooth loads and secure tarps. Enter and exit the truck multiple times per day, maintain route sheets, and professionally interact with internal and external customers. Perform other duties as assigned. Requires a valid Class B CDL, DOT medical card, and 1-2 years of CDL experience. Flexible hours, nights, weekends, and overtime expected.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least a valid Class B CDL
- Must have a valid DOT Medical Card or able to obtain prior to hire
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years
- Must not have any DUI's or OVI's within the last 5 years or 2 in the last 10 years
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Must successfully complete pre-employment testing
- Must be able to read and speak the English language
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to drive manual transmission is preferred
- 1-2 years CDL truck driving experience preferred
- Waste industry experience, a plus
