Job Summary
Lead a specialized collection team by operating heavy-duty rear-load trucks to navigate curbside routes in Orange City, Florida, ensuring every neighbor receives the signature "Green Ribbon" service. Perform manual curbside pickup of solid waste and recyclables while conducting rigorous pre- and post-trip inspections to maintain safety standards for yourself, your partner, and the public. Maintain a clean vehicle and professional demeanor as the primary brand ambassador, adapting to changing weather conditions and route needs. This role requires a valid CDL Class A or B, one year of commercial driving experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively. Required Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A or B)
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience
- CDL school certificate
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repetitively
- Stamina to handle the physical demands of manual collection
- Excellent spatial awareness
- Ability to recognize unacceptable waste materials
- Self-starter attitude
- Flexibility to adapt to changing weather conditions and route needs
