Job Summary
Operate a tractor-trailer with sleeper berth regionally to transport automotive parts and related products between distribution centers, stores, and designated locations. HOME EVERY WEEKEND on a 5-out, 2-back schedule with weekends off; no-touch freight; private fleet with dedicated routes; drop-and-hook frequently; mileage-based pay on the odometer. Responsibilities include performing inspections and preventative maintenance, logging work/rest periods via ELD, safely loading/unloading, following manifests and shipping documents, adhering to FMCSA/DOT regulations, maintaining equipment cleanliness and professional appearance, and communicating with Dispatch/Operations about movements or issues. Requires CDL-A with HAZ-MAT endorsement, at least 2 years of CDL experience, and ability to pass MVR checks; physical-demand readiness for warehouse-like tasks and safe operation of equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 23 years of age
- Current valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) Class A with HAZ-MAT endorsement
- At least 2 years of CDL experience
- Must pass MVR check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate related equipment safely
