CDL Rear Load Truck Driver

Job Summary
Provide trash or recycling removal services to customers by emptying containers into the truck and hauling materials to disposal sites or recycling plants. Routinely enter and exit the truck 300-500 times daily, replacing receptacles neatly at the curb and cleaning waste spills. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain route logs, and clean the packer blade and truck body. Pull or push containers from enclosures or inside buildings as needed while professionally interacting with internal and external customers. Requires a valid Class B CDL, DOT Medical Card, and ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least a valid Class B CDL
- Must have a valid DOT Medical Card or able to obtain prior to hire
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years
- Must not have any DUI's or OVI's within the last 5 years or 2 in the last 10 years
- Ability to travel between offices, as required
- Ability to work flexible hours; expected to work nights and weekends as needed
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and/or holidays
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license (if applicable)
- Must successfully complete pre-employment testing
- Must be able to read and speak the English language
