Job Summary
Deliver bulk and non-bulk propane, equipment, and materials to customers in an assigned territory while maintaining DOT requirements and vehicle care. Safely operate a propane delivery truck, handle and unload tanks, and perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on propane systems. Install gas lines and equipment at customer sites, conduct leak tests and safety inspections, and maintain accurate delivery records. Provide customer service by explaining system operations and address inquiries or concerns. Work Monday to Friday with occasional weekends and on-call shifts, including overtime during peak season.
Required Qualifications
- Class B CDL
- Proven experience in propane delivery, installation, or a related field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Good manual dexterity and ability to use hand and power tools
- Schedule: Standard schedule is Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
- Occasional weekends, on-call shifts, and overtime available
- Extended hours typical during busy season of October to March
