CDL OTR Temporary Driver, possible Full-Time Potential (AM Shift)

Obtain proper paperwork and instructions from the supervisor prior to the start of your A.M. shift. Keep proper logs as required by state and federal regulations while maintaining constant contact with supervision and the traffic manager in transit. Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections, manage yard trailer positioning, and ensure all load documentation and DOT logs are accurately completed. Support the movement of trailers around the yard and facility when the truck is unavailable, and maintain the clean operating condition of the equipment. This temporary role serves the Milwaukee and Chicago Metro areas for a 2-3 month period with potential full-time conversion. The position offers a competitive rate of $30.50 per hour. Candidates must possess a valid Class A Wisconsin Driver License, three years of tractor/trailer experience, and knowledge of DOT rules.
