Job Summary
CDL Driver delivers products to customer locations while complying with DOT regulations and company procedures. Responsibilities include receiving instructions from Dispatcher and external customers, operating company trucks in various weather and traffic conditions, loading and unloading as needed, maintaining DOT logs and regulatory compliance, and delivering materials on schedule. Must communicate effectively with customers and internal teams, maintain a clean MVR, and follow administrative procedures for billing and manifests. Requires manual or automatic transmission operation, ability to lift >75 lbs, and adherence to safety and company policies. Education requirement: High School Diploma or GED. Required Qualifications
- Possess and maintain a valid CDL driver's license.
- One year driving experience and product delivery experience
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Clean MVR within Company's guidelines
- Ability to communicate and relay information to others
- Know, understand, and maintain compliance to all State and Federal DOT rules and regulations governing the operation of tractor trailers and transportation of Company products and materials
