Dedicated CDL-A Driver for a Dollar Tree account operating out of Joliet, IL. This is a physically active delivery role with 800–1,000 average miles per week, 100% touch freight with driver unload, and home time 3–4 times per week. Training includes a two-day ride-along with an experienced driver and step-by-step unloading/safety procedures. Compensation features weekly earnings around $1,500–$1,700 with an annual earning potential of $75,000–$100,000, plus additional pay for stops, backhauls, and unloaded trailer activities. Requires CDL-A, minimum 3 months experience, clean MVR, no SAP drivers, hair follicle drug test, ability to unload and perform physical work, and flexible delivery schedules.
