Job Summary
Operate heavy equipment hauler trucks for pick-up and delivery of machinery and parts. Load, unload, secure loads with chains/straps, inspect loads and equipment, and maintain accurate manifests. Comply with DOT/state/local laws and safety policies; perform pre-trip/post-trip checks; assist with loading/unloading; maintain equipment (fuel, oil, tires) and report any issues. Must hold a Class A CDL with Hazmat, Doubles/Triples, and Tanker endorsements, have a clean driving record, and communicate in English. 1st shift, in-field location (Henderson, NV); hourly pay range $24.89-$29.41.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of high school diploma or GED
- Must have current valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement, Doubles/Triples endorsement, and Tanker endorsement prior to hire
- Must be able to communicate in English (read, write, speak)
- Clean, current driving and safety record for the past 12 months
- Knowledge of DOT, state and local traffic rules and regulations
- Ability to load/unload, secure loads, and inspect equipment before/after trips
- Ability to operate truck with or without trailer
- Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Must be able to meet all safety requirements and use safety equipment
- Ability to work long hours and overtime as required by DOT
