Job Summary
Ensure correct product loading and quantity in the trailer compartment at the tank farm. Process all tank farm paperwork per company procedures and verify customer tanks for product accuracy. Stick each tank, record beginning inches, and complete customer invoices with fuel amounts, prices, and due balances. Utilize shortest and safest routes to delivery destinations while maintaining truck and trailer cleanliness. Maintain inventory items including spill pads, metal buckets, flags, and nozzles. Operate a Class A CDL HAZMAT vehicle transporting petroleum products up to 105,500 lbs across Pasco, WA. This role requires 50+ hours weekly, rotating shifts including weekends and evenings, with regular overtime.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL with TX Endorsements
- No Air Brake or Automatic Transmission Restrictions
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years operating a CDL HAZMAT licensed vehicle
- Experience performing driver duties in adverse to extreme weather conditions
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Current TWIC Transportation Workers Identification Card
- Current MSHA 46/48 Credentials
- Smith Systems Driving Certificate
- Current CPR / AED / First Aid Certification
- Experience as an official PIC (Person In Charge) for Over the Water product transfers
- ERail Safe Certified
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 125 pounds
- Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- Excellent stamina
- Ability to work in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust and asphalt
- Ability to work in high, precarious places
- Ability to be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals
- Ability to work in a generally loud noise level environment
- Ability to use hands or fingers, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls
- Ability to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue
- Ability to work on or near moving mechanical parts
- Availability for weekends/evenings depending on shift selected
- Availability for overtime
- Availability for 50+ hours per week
- Availability for 10+ hours per day
- Post-offer background check acceptance
- Post-offer drug test acceptance
