Job Summary
CDL Driver needed to operate a truck on an established route delivering granite and marble slabs to customers; role includes warehouse assistance and forklift operation. Requires a valid Class B CDL with a clean MVR and DOT physical; airbrake endorsement; high school diploma or GED. Forklift license preferred. Responsibilities include safe delivery, log book completion, vehicle checks, fleet maintenance oversight, loading/unloading, loading dock housekeeping, and assisting customers in the stone gallery with potential overhead crane use. Prior experience with flatbed trucks and overhead cranes is not required but helpful; training for certification will be provided. Other duties may be assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Class B CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean motor vehicle record
- Airbrake Endorsement
- Current DOT physical card
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience driving a flatbed truck and overhead crane not required but helpful
- Certified Forklift License preferred
- Physically able to lift, push, pull and move equipment, heavy carts throughout the day, with ability to load and unload carts from the trailers, trucks or utility vans
