Job Summary
Operate a commercial delivery vehicle to transport beverages to designated retail locations, safely load/unload products, follow delivery routes and schedules, and maintain accurate delivery records. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, collaborate with the logistics team, and communicate delivery progress to supervisors. Requires CDL-A license, interstate licensing, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and availability to work early hours including weekends/holidays. Base pay is hourly with potential overtime; benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (or GED) and/or equivalent degree/certificate required
- CDL-A License required
- Interstate License required
- Ability to drive manual transmission preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business; flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, routes, and delivery demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; physical capability to lift and move heavy beverage cases repeatedly throughout the day
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customer, clients, and team members
