Job Summary
Perform pre/post trip inspections of assigned rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks in accordance with safety standards and federal regulations. Maneuver vehicles safely in residential, commercial, and construction environments while navigating high-traffic areas and providing prompt, courteous waste removal services. Complete assigned route sheets, accurately process federally mandated paperwork, and empty receptacles while cleaning areas around accidental spills. Notify dispatch of service interruptions, accidents, or unsafe situations and participate in scheduled training programs. Starting pay is $40.50 per hour with merit increases and safety bonuses. Valid Class A or B CDL license and high school diploma required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Class A or B CDL License
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Physical ability to handle objects more than 50lbs frequently throughout the day
- Ability to work under many different weather conditions
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing
- Drug screen
