Job Summary
CDL Driver for rolloff operations responsible for transporting recycling materials between facilities and collection points. Safely operate a commercial vehicle with a CDL, perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load and secure materials, plan efficient routes using GPS, and comply with DOT regulations and company safety standards. Maintain accurate driving logs and documentation for hazardous or regulated materials, and report incidents or safety hazards per procedures. Requires strong knowledge of road networks, vehicle inspection basics, and safe driving practices; at least 2 years of commercial driving experience and a High School diploma or GED are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- CDL Class A Required
- At least 2 years of commercial driving experience (Class A or B CDL)
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance
- Experience performing routine vehicle inspections
- Ability to navigate using maps or GPS systems
