CDL Driver- Roll Off

Job Summary
Conduct safe and efficient operation of rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks while providing prompt waste removal services on designated routes. Perform pre/post trip inspections in accordance with safety standards and state regulations, navigate congested roadways and customer sites, and complete assigned route sheets for one Line of Business. Empty receptacles, clean areas around accidental spills, and accurately complete all federally mandated paperwork. Notify Dispatch of service interruptions or incidents and participate in scheduled training programs. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to community goals while adhering to Casella's core values.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Class A or B CDL License
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Physical ability to handle objects more than 50lbs frequently throughout the day
- Ability to work under many different weather conditions
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing
- Drug screen
