Job Summary
Perform pre/post trip inspections of assigned rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks in accordance with safety standards and regulations. Operate vehicles safely in residential, commercial, high-traffic, and construction environments while providing prompt, courteous waste removal services on designated routes. Complete assigned route sheets, empty receptacles, clean spill areas, and accurately submit all company and federally mandated paperwork. Notify dispatch of service interruptions, incidents, or unsafe situations and participate in scheduled training programs and meetings. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and includes a Career Pathways Program with advancement opportunities, merit increases, and safety incentives. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid Class A or B CDL License
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Physical ability to handle objects more than 50lbs frequently throughout the day
- Ability to work under many different weather conditions
- Successful completion of pre-employment testing
- Drug screen
