Job Summary
Residential CDL Driver responsible for safely and courteously providing waste removal services on curbside and/or backdoor routes. Operates residential/recycling collection trucks, loads waste/recyclables, conducts pre/post-trip inspections, and maintains route quality. Must possess a CDL, demonstrate safe driving and equipment operation, follow safety regulations, and communicate vehicle issues. Focus on customer service, safety, and adherence to company policies; overtime may be required. Target location: Lincoln, IL with full-time hours and competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum one year of commercial driving experience OR CDL school certificate
- Must meet safety-sensitive function criteria per company standards
- Ability to safely drive the truck and operate equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
