Job Summary
CDL Driver - Residential responsible for safely and efficiently providing waste removal services on curbside/backdoor routes, operating rear-load/curtoto/automated-side load trucks, assisting helpers as needed, performing pre/post-trip inspections, maintaining DOT logs, and ensuring safety and customer satisfaction on designated routes. Must hold a valid CDL, be at least 21, have 1+ years of commercial driving (or CDL training), and comply with DOT/OSHA/FMCSA/EPA standards; physical requirements include frequent lifting and operating in outdoor, loud environments. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Possess valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum one (1) year of commercial driving experience OR CDL school certificate
- Ability to pass safety-sensitive qualifications
- Ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment
