Job Summary
Meet with your team to brainstorm new ways to attract candidates and apply marketing skills to postings, social media, and the community. Use creative thinking to stand apart, then employ people skills and interview techniques to find the right candidates for CDL driver opportunities. Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9s to get them to work while building a pipeline that impacts order fulfillment. Manage 40+ customers daily, assess and delegate tasks, and provide follow-up on customer orders and internal team requests.
Required Qualifications
- Recruiting & staffing experience 3+ years
- Experience working with CDL Drivers and recruiting CDL Drivers
- Ability to manage 40+ customers on a daily basis
- Experience with MS Office
- Ability to assess, delegate and provide follow up with customer orders/requests & internal team
Desired Qualifications
- High volume recruiting a plus
- Bilinguals are encouraged to apply
