.CDL Driver - Ready Mix - Northern Virginia

Safely operate a truck in accordance with federal, state, and company regulations while efficiently loading and delivering perishable product to customers. Complete pre and post trip inspections, report necessary maintenance, and evaluate slump upon receiving loads. Maneuver the truck on job sites, attach chutes to discharge material, and clean the vehicle to minimize concrete buildup. Communicate with dispatch, maintenance, and plant management to facilitate information flow. When not driving, assist with plant maintenance, cleanup, and other duties as assigned. Maintain a clean driving record and pass pre-employment processes including a criminal background check, DOT physical, and drug screen. Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime with exposure to extreme heat and cold.
