Job Summary
CDL Driver delivering ready-mix concrete to construction sites; performs DOT pre/post-trip truck inspections, handles loading/unloading, reviews delivery tickets for addresses and additional products, communicates with dispatch throughout the delivery process, and maintains truck with routine cleaning and light maintenance. Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds, climb in/out of the truck repeatedly, work long hours including weekends/holidays, tolerate extreme conditions, read GPS from a company tablet, and comply with safety/PPE requirements; home daily with potential overtime and flexible shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid State-Issued Driver’s License, Class A or B
- Pre-employment background check
- MVR overview
- Physical/DOT
- Drug/alcohol testing
- Proficient reading/writing/speaking English
- GPS literacy
- Safe driving record
