Job Summary
Perform touch-freight tasks involving lifting, moving, or carrying products over 75 lbs. Pre-inspect trucks, load materials, and verify load accuracy while notifying management of site hazards. Set up job parameters and inspect environments for safe loading and unloading. Maintain regular communication with dispatchers to ensure timely product delivery. Adhere to all DOT and company safety procedures, wearing appropriate PPE at all times. Requires a valid Class A or B CDL, 12+ months commercial driving experience, and ability to work outdoors in all weather.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Class A or B CDL license in good standing
- At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Experience operating heavy equipment and driving a manual transmission truck
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
