Job Summary
Perform touch-freight tasks involving lifting, moving, or carrying products over 75 lbs. Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify load accuracy while notifying management of site hazards. Set up job parameters, inspect the site for safe loading/unloading conditions, and maintain communication with the dispatcher for timely deliveries. Adhere to all DOT and company safety procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE. Requires a valid Class A or B CDL, 12 months of commercial driving experience, and ability to work outdoors in all weather.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid Class A or B CDL license in good standing
- At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Experience operating heavy equipment
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
