Job Summary
CDL Driver for pump truck role with full-time responsibilities in oilfield equipment deliveries. Drives a tractor-trailer with 26,000+ lbs GVW, loads/unloads equipment, operates high-pressure pump, maintains safety and DOT compliance, and ensures timely, secure deliveries. Requires CDL A, 1 year driving experience, High School diploma/GED, DOT medical card, and ability to work night/weekend shifts. Tanker and HazMat endorsements preferred; energy industry experience beneficial. Emphasizes safety, record-keeping, vehicle maintenance, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as CDL A driver
- CDL A license
- High School diploma/GED
- Tanker and HazMat endorsement preferred
- Meet all Federal Motor Carrier DOT requirements and safety qualifications
- Current DOT medical card
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to read and interpret information such as driving routes, safety rules, tickets, operating instructions, and manuals
- Possess organizational and time-management skills
- Must pass DOT pre-employment physical
- Ability to work night or weekend shifts as necessary
- Must be detail oriented and able to communicate well
- CDL certification from accredited driving school and one year of similar driving experience; energy industry experience preferred
