Job Summary
Deliver short haul freight via dry vans, grain trailers, and roll-offs to customer and industrial locations in Texas and Louisiana. Operate state-of-the-art air movers and heavy equipment while planning efficient routes to ensure on-time delivery. Perform pre-departure truck and trailer inspections, complete work orders, and secure freight throughout the trip. Adhere to all traffic and safety laws while driving on public roads, customer property, and private holdings. Report delays, accidents, or breakdowns to management and complete any assigned duties. Work Monday through Friday day shifts with some weekends required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B CDL Driver's License
- Ability to secure a TWIC Card
- Pass DOT Physical
- Pass Hair Follicle drug screen
- 2 or more years' driving experience
- Incident free driving record
- 21 years or older
- Legally able to work in the U.S.
- Valid Driver's License
- Valid TWIC card
- Pass drug screen
- Pass physical
- Pass background check
- Wear all required PPE without restriction
- Pass any required medical exams
- Speak fluent English
- Write fluent English
- Read fluent English
- Regular on-site attendance
- Punctuality
