Job Summary
Install thermoplastic, waterborne paint, and other pavement marking materials while operating airless paint machines, hand liners, and grinders. Perform work in compliance with DOT and quality guidelines, adhering to all safety policies and procedures. Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintain and repair equipment, and properly fill out time and inventory cards. Maintain required safety equipment and uniform for each job. This role requires a valid CDL Class A or B license, ability to lift 50–100 pounds, and eligibility to work in the United States. Schedule includes nights, weekends, overtime, and travel. Competitive hourly rate of 17–25 USD with comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Must have a valid CDL Class A or Class B driver's license and a good driving record
- Knowledge of local driving rules and regulations
- Ability to carry out simple arithmetic functions
- Mechanical aptitude and experience working with mechanics
- Ability to use smartphones and mobile applications for field work
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to regularly lift and move 50 to 100 pounds and occasionally more than 100 pounds
- Must be able to work in outdoor conditions around moving equipment, moving traffic, fumes, airborne particles, and moderate-to-loud noise
- Must be able to work some nights and weekends
- Must be able to work overtime
- Must be able to travel when necessary
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in pavement marking, highway construction, asphalt paving, or a related field is a plus
