Job Summary
The CDL Driver I operates safely and delivers materials to job sites, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the truck, assisting in loading, and completing daily pre-inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain a current Class A or B Commercial Driver's License as required
- Prepare DOT required log of time on duty and driving
- Operate truck mounted forklift safely and efficiently
- Complete daily equipment pre-inspection
- Provide excellent customer service
Desired Qualifications
- CDL experience preferred
- Basic CDL experience with flat beds and/or tractor trailers required
- 1-3 years CDL experience required for interstate commerce
Additional Requirements
- Must maintain current operator's license and meet company driver qualification requirements
