Job Summary
Operate and maintain a delivery truck and trailer while safely loading and transporting material to and from customers. Complete daily logs and mileage books accurately, ensuring all delivery paperwork matches products loaded and remains complete. Comply with maintenance requirements, perform pre-operation checklists, and uphold exemplary 5S standards for vehicle cleanliness and safe work areas. Provide accurate reports to management and deliver excellent customer service with timely shipments. Identify continuous improvement opportunities and execute other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- Overhead crane experience
- 2- 3 years OTR experience
- Must be able to pass a driver's background check
- Ability to exert up to 80 pounds of force occasionally, up to 40 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Ability to prioritize and use time efficiently
- Good eye-hand coordination
- Basic math skills
