Job Summary
Operate and maintain a delivery truck and trailer while safely loading and transporting material to and from customers. Participate in morning safe start meetings, complete pre-operation checklists, and ensure all delivery paperwork is complete and accurate. Comply with maintenance requirements, perform daily log entries, and uphold exemplary 5S standards to keep the vehicle clean and the work area safe. Provide accurate reports to management and deliver excellent customer service as a company liaison.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- Overhead crane experience
- 2- 3 years OTR experience
- Must be able to pass a driver's background check
- Ability to exert up to 80 pounds of force occasionally, up to 40 pounds of force frequently, and up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Ability to prioritize and use time efficiently
- Good eye-hand coordination
- Basic math skills
