Job Summary
Hydro Vac Operator drives and operates a Super Vacuum Truck hauling and unloading oil-field related fluids (fresh water, brine, frac fluids, drilling mud) to various sites. Responsibilities include operating high-pressure pump, connecting hoses, monitoring gauges, ensuring proper loading and weight, maintaining vehicle and paperwork, complying with DOT and safety procedures, and delivering on time. Requires CDL A, 1 year driving experience, HS diploma/GED; Tanker and HazMat endorsements preferred; able to work night/weekend shifts; strong safety and teamwork. Required Qualifications
- CDL A license
- 1 year of experience as CDL A driver
- High School diploma/GED
- Tanker and HazMat endorsement preferred
- Meet all Federal Motor Carrier DOT requirements and safety qualifications
- Current DOT medical card
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to read and interpret information
- Possess organizational and time management skills
- Pass DOT pre-employment physical
- Night or weekend shifts availability
- Detail oriented and good communications
- Team orientation
- CDL certification from accredited driving school and one year of similar driving experience; experience may be substituted
- Experience in energy industry
